The room was a total disaster-broken toilet, no hot water, and dirty curtains. Despite complaining multiple times, nothing changed. It felt like we were stuck in a rundown place with zero care for basic comfort. Super disappointing!

I loved the location of this hotel. It’s just a short walk to the beach and local attractions. The service was really good, with friendly staff always ready to help. My room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the beautiful outdoor areas. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the Arabic buffet.

we had a wonderful stay at ghazala gardens, enjoying its prime location just minutes from the vibrant center. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome and safe. our rooms were clean and well-maintained, despite their older decor, and the food selection was varied and tasty. the beach nearby was a highlight with beautiful corals and plenty of tropical fish, making our vacation even more enjoyable.

I can't believe the state of the room! The furniture was ancient, with a terrible smell lingering everywhere. The AC didn't work, the old TV was useless, and I had to deal with a huge mess in the bathroom. Just awful.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and close to various shops and restaurants. We appreciated the great location and beautiful surroundings. One morning, we had missed breakfast and found some delicious snacks at the reception. Although the pool area was not in perfect condition and the food could improve, overall, I'll recommend this hotel.
